Ever since I was a little girl, I’ve always wanted an engagement party. Call me crazy right? Who cares about the foo foo wedding?? (well I do…next post to come)
In Korea, engagement parties are a big deal. It’s where you exchange rings, watches and then publicly get “proposed” to in an awkward 1 min ceremony while everyone watches. The girls always wear pink and there are ice sculptures and HUGE, standing/ flower bouquets.
Anyway…the engagement parties that go down in Korea aren’t really possible in the states. So here’s my modern version of an engagement party below. Something incredibly casual…sweet…romantic…and laid back. I love the rustic touches!! xoxo
