Went to red lion tavern tonight in silverlake with friends and it was so much fun! We drank 2L of beer from a boot shaped glass and shared tons of German dishes From their menu. Love Saturdays!

This past weekend was a whirlwind of FUN FUN FUNNNNN.
Friday: My friend Hansela was still in town so our other friend threw a big dinner party. Our friend is seriously quite the chef and made her OWN ice cream!! (3 flavors) oh man…it was a to die for feast. Not good for my wedding diet =( (not that anything delicious is…>.<)
Saturday: I (along with the other bridesmaids) threw a Parisian Themed Bridal Shower for our Gorgeous BOC. Here are some pics

I had my eye on this necklace at Target for a few months but it was $30. Not expensive in general, but to buy it at Target…I didn’t think it was worth it. BUT thankfully I went back two weeks ago and I found it on sale for $15!! 🙂 It is now my new fave accessory this winter to really brighten up my dark winter clothes. 🙂 Xo
HOLY MOLY…I have had my eye on the JCREW necklace that looks just like this for at least a YEAR! Only…the necklace at JCrew is about $150!! (click here). YIKES RIGHT??
Well I got this baby below for a LOW LOW LOW $22 at Bauble Bar!! =) I had a coupon code and an introductory store credit of $10 (for all who register!) so it brought the price down on this $36 necklace. I’m seriously SOO excited for it to come in the mail.
YES I should be saving for the wedding, and YES shopping right now is a bad idea…but who could turn this deal down?? NO ONE! LOL

This past weekend was another packed one. I spent it with friends and getting sick =( But it was all worth it~~ xo
Friday: My BOC (ball of cuteness) and I went out for a dinner for two at Caffe Concierto (food review here). We literally talked for 5 hours and ate tons of delicious food. It was really the perfect way to end my week and vent about wedding planning with another bride-to-be ❤

Saturday: Markel and I attended the loveliest memorial. I was really blown away by how loved this woman was and her story of an early death. But, the brightside is that she’s dancing in Heaven with Jesus ❤

Markel and I also ran errands all over town and had delicious Chick-Fil-A (currently only in Orange County). We ended the day, exhausted, vegging out at home in front of the TV.

Sunday: Church in downtown, Pho in Little Tokyo (owned by Koreans…see the irony?), watched a crazy football game (Seahawks vs Ravens), and spent (no joke) almost $450 at Costco. I seriously almost had a heart attack. But…all the purchases were necessary life needs, so…I probably won’t be going back for a while. $450??? so cray.

The best part about Sunday was…(wait for it)…Hansela was in town!! =) He flew in at night from Sacramento and will be staying in LA for a week before flying home to NYC. This week has proven to be extra fun just for that ❤

Monday: I was sick all day. I think I had TOO much fun. I basically slept most of the day and spent the rest huddled around a heater and a cup of hot tea. *tear * But at the very least I got a chance to catch up on all my DVR shows! xo
My apartment was SO ICE COLD that we huddled around this little heater while I wanted TV and he worked on his paper.
Tuesday: A group of us went to eat at our favorite restaurant in Silverlake called Black Hogg
